Steffi Graf Is the Only Lady in the List of Nirmal Shekar's 10 Best Sportspersons from All the Sports

India's top sports writer, Nirmal Sekhar, released his top-10 favorite players list for the last 35 years.

He didn't rank these 10 players in an order, but these are his best 10 players without an order. He confirmed me that it was not written in order and they are his 10 favorite athletes.

Steffi is the only lady in his 10 best players' list.

He didn't consider numbers to measure the greatness of any players as if many other writers do. So no way for the haters to escape the sleepless nights by spreading their hatred-comments!

Here is what he described about Stefanie Graf:

"STEFFI GRAF: There has never been anybody quite like Graf in women’s tennis — not even Serena Williams. To see her practice was to imagine The Buddha under the Bodhi tree – deep in meditation, although with all the limbs moving in unison. She was driven by a desire that went far beyond the mundane act of winning titles. People talk about her strokes, but her greatest attributes were her footwork, athleticism and focus."
